Found a bug, have a feature idea, or something feels off? During the beta, the fastest route is replying to any of our emails — a human (Anthony) reads every one.
If it's more than impulse buying
NotToday helps with everyday impulse spending. It is a habit tool, not therapy. If shopping feels out of control — debt you're hiding, purchases you can't stop despite real harm, spending tied to distress — that deserves real support, and asking for it is a strong move:
- A licensed therapist — especially one familiar with behavioral or compulsive patterns. (In the US, findahelpline.com and 988lifeline.org can help you find low-cost options.)
- Debtors Anonymous (debtorsanonymous.org) — free peer support groups for compulsive spending and debt.
- A nonprofit credit counselor (nfcc.org in the US) for the practical debt side.
We deliberately don't make clinical claims, and we'd rather point you to real help than pretend an app is enough.
